Revere Copper Products
With 200 years of history, Revere Copper Products stands proud
as one of Americas oldest companies, and one of the worlds
top copper and brass suppliers. The famous patriot Paul Revere
founded the company in 1801, when he was the first to roll copper
in the New World.
Over the centuries, one copper innovation after another has originated
with Revere. Pre-painted copper, tin/zinc coated copper, copper
shingles and superior bare copper adorn residences, businesses
and institutions around the globe. The company has proven its
architectural expertise as well as the ability to reliably deliver
quality sheet, strip, coil, plate, bar and extrusions for a wide
variety of critical applications, including electrical, telecommunications,
air-conditioning and many others. It is the number one brand of
stainless steel cookware in the United States and is recognized
for its legendary quality and durability.
Revere Copper Products has its rolling and extrusion plant in
Rome, New York, where copper has been produced sin the 1840s.
By the 1920s, Rome was known as The Copper City because
one-tenth of all the copper used in America for manufacturing
came through the mills in Rome.
