CRUISE on Lil' Diamond II
Travel back in time as your Captain narrates the
history and legends of the canal. Take an hour or take more,
but definitely take time to stop and enjoy. You'll be glad you
did!
What you'll see: Picturesque scenery, Lock 18,
cruising yachts, and historic sites in and around the canal.
What you'll hear: A fascinating narration by
your Coast Guard licensed Captain describing the sights, the history
and legends of the waterways.
What you'll experience: Travelling thru a lock
and being raised and lowered 20 feet into the lower Mohawk River.
During your "Lock Thru" experience, the Captain will
explain the inner workings of the lock and how it operates.
